We are a Furniture Shop as well as an online company and we have been established since 2005.
We are a distinguished company and all our customers details are kept confidential. We also have an internet card processing facility which allows customers to make payments by their cards. Our Divan beds have polyester and foam fillings where there is usually less chance of dust being created, but there are some completely non-allergenic mattresses available. We use a number of different methods to deliver our items, whichever is best suited to the order/ item/ area. we also use national courier services for deliveries and we deliver in our own vans too.
Delivery is FREE to the UK mainland except to some areas, for more information about deliveries then please visit our DELIVERY page.
We usually deliver within 3-7 working days, but maximum delivery time would be within 28 working days depending on item stock/ supplier lead time/ delivery area, some areas can take longer.
We do not deliver outside of the UK
in most cases we provide fully track and trace delivery service, so you will kept informed all the way, but for large items we provide time slots and dates so customers do not have waste all day sitting at home.
We do not remove old beds and mattresses for health & safety reasons. You need to contact your local council.
in some cases this is possible, but in most cases its not possible because we use national couriers for deliveries and they do not handle cash.

Once you have received your goods, you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return or keep them.
If you decide you do not want the goods for whatever reason, you may return them; providing they are returned in it's original packaging, the way they were delivered and providing goods have not been used and are free of defects. We will then refund your money deducting any shipping costs (the shipping costs will be advised when you let us know your returning the goods). You may deliver the goods yourselves at your own expense.
Please Note: Mattresses that have been slept on and been used will not be accepted back unless faulty or advised by us otherwise.
